Our menu is a love letter to Tasmania, from Flinders Island wallaby to Boomer Bay oysters and buttery Dutch potatoes. Every ingredient carries the story of the land and the hands that nurtured it. Each dish is our way of sharing those stories with you, one generous plate at a time.
